A thin, white membrane, known as thermoplastic polyolefin or TPO, is an ideal roofing solution for energy efficiency. TPO is highly reflective, delivers great ultra-violet resistance, and is available in several color options. The seams, intersections, and other roof patches are applied through heat welding rather than using adhesives. TPO helps create a durable roof system and can be fully-adhered or mechanically fastened.
TPO roofing is gaining popularity and is the fastest growing commercial roofing material. For larger scale buildings, TPO is cost-effective.
