Performance Roofing Systems (PRS) is a full-service commercial roofing contractor. PRS installs the best single ply roofing systems, and has the expert leadership, project managers, and crews your project demands. For nearly thirty years, PRS has delivered commercial roofing solutions for a broad range of facilities, including factories, warehouses, refrigeration and industrial plants, retail stores, hospitals, schools, and condominium buildings.

History
Performance Roofing Systems history, property, and approach to commercial roofing are unique. PRS was founded in 1991 by Brian Jaeger. After nearly 20 years of experience working in the business, Jaeger struck out on his own with $4,000 in savings and a 17-year-old pick up truck. Jaeger and two experienced estimators worked long hours to establish the young company. They successfully grew the business, first out of Jaeger’s basement, then out of a rented office building in Menomonee Falls.
In 1997 PRS was able to relocate to the 32-acre parcel of Richfield farmland Jaeger had purchased just one year after starting the business. There PRS expanded operations allowing Jaeger to fully realize his vision for PRS. Today, PRS has four warehouses and eight fully renovated outbuildings, including the sheet metal fabrication shop, mechanic’s workshop where PRS’s fleet of 30 trucks and five cranes are serviced. PRS employs more than 40 skilled Journeyman, Project Managers, Estimators, Superintendents, and seasonal Installers. And, twenty-five acres of the property remain in a natural state and provide a breathtaking backdrop for our growing operation.
